One Jackson Square is a new LEED-certified multi-unit luxury condominium in historic Greenwich Village NYC – or more accurately located on the edge of the historic district – a slight difference that allows Hines to build a totally out-of-context, disconnected structure that overlooks the Village like a neo-colonial traveler amused by the quaint natives.
